Pita bread with avocado pasta

Another variation on the theme rolls, pita and avocado paste. The pasta recipe was taken from vegetarian restaurant Gauranga, modified a bit by me. Rolls out very tender and just melt in your mouth!
Ingredients for Pita bread with avocado pasta
- Avocado - 1 piece
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Spices
- Sugar - 1 tsp.
- Lemon juice - 1 tsp.
- Yogurt - 1 tbsp
- Sesame - 1 tsp.
- Cheese - 50 g
- Pita

Step by step instruction of cooking Pita bread with avocado pasta

1. Peel avocado, remove the skin. Mash with a fork. if avocado rigid-grate on a fine grater.

2. Add all the spices, yogurt, lemon. Mix well.

3. Three on a small grater cheese. Add to avocado and stir.

4. Cut a large piece of pita bread in half. On one half spread a thin paste. Put on top of the second sheet, and grease with the paste.

5. Turn. Wrap in cling film and put in the fridge. For 20-30 minutes.

PS it is also very tasty to use the paste simply with bread.
