Jerusalem artichokes, or topinambour, is a wonderful root vegetable! Good fried, you can simmer, bake. But most of all I like to eat fresh, without heat treatment. Salads with him I did many times using a variety of combinations: with radish, cucumber and radish with potatoes. This time combined with a triple marriage, the artichoke, cucumber, and kohlrabi.
