Ingredients for Salad with rice noodles, sweet shrimp and avocado
- Shrimp - 500 g
- Noodles - 120 g
- Avocado - 1 piece
- Capers - 50 g
- Pepper - 1 piece
- Chicken egg - 3 PCs
- Milk - 100 ml
- Flour - 20 g
- Salt - 2 g
- Sesame - 30 g
- Vinegar - 1 tbsp
- Soy sauce - 1 tbsp
- Orange juice - 1 piece
- Lemon peel - 1 piece
Step by step instruction of cooking Salad with rice noodles, sweet shrimp and avocado
Rice noodles boiled in water for 7-8минут. Drain in a colander and rinse. To remove the zest from 1 orange and add to the noodles.
Shrimp boil with the spices for 5-7 minutes and add to noodles.
For the omelet: whisk 3 eggs, 100 ml milk, 2 g of salt and 20g of flour with a mixer. Omelet baked in a hot pan with a thin layer, like pancakes. When cool, cut the omelet into pieces.
Bell pepper cut into medium-sized cubes.
Avocado clean, remove the seeds. The flesh is cut.
Mix all ingredients and season with balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, sesame seeds and juice of the 1st orange.
