Salad "Mimosa"

A classic recipe for the amazing salad. On the website for this salad are presented in different ways, but I have not found. The recipe comes from the cooking section of the magazine "Science and life" 1998, and still I use it without changing anything. Try the salad are incredible!

Step by step instruction of cooking Salad "Mimosa"

Salad doing layers. Each layer, except for the mayonnaise, lightly and press it with a spoon or spatula. Before filing on the table keep salad in the refrigerator (better to cook for several hours before serving, it needs to soak).
1 - the whites from the eggs, finely chop (I RUB on a grater)

3 - mashed with a fork salmon along with the liquid (take out the large bones)

4 - mayonnaise (half the norm)
