Very delicious ice cream with a rich caramel flavor. Consists mainly of yogurt, and therefore got this name. The consistency is something between ice cream and sherbet. Despite the fact that it's a recipe for ice cream (which I do not), large crystals were NOT formed and I don'T mix the ice cream during hardening. Small crystals still present, and this ice cream like sherbet. This recipe went straight to the Treasury, "my favorites" for the ease of cooking wonderful caramel flavor and undoubted usefulness. Because yogurt is a wonderful source of calcium and protein, b vitamins, supports the immune and digestive systems.
