Ingredients for Pie with shrimp, broccoli and feta
- Cream cheese - 100 g
- Milk - 150 ml
- Cream - 100 ml
- Chicken egg - 6 PCs
- Shrimp - 500 g
- Broccoli - 400 g
- The dough is flaky yeast - 500 g
- Feta - 100 g
- The mixture of peppers
Step by step instruction of cooking Pie with shrimp, broccoli and feta
Shrimp (I had cooked and frozen) also drop into boiling salted water, cook for 1-2 minutes. Drain, cool slightly, remove from the shell.
Eggs, milk, cream, cream cheese whipped with a small amount of salt and pepper.
Mix onlynow mixture with shrimp, broccoli and feta.
The dough defrost in the refrigerator, roll out from center in different directions, returning the rolling pin on the dough, in a circle with a thickness of 3 mm. to form a circle of dough cut corners, spread out evenly over the dough, and then roll out. Put the dough in a greased form (I split), forming high sides.
The filling spread on the dough, turning down the edges inward.
Bake at 180-200*until Browning.

Feta cut into cubes 1x1 cm, soak for 20-30 minutes in milk. Pour the milk (do not throw it is still useful to us), feta spread on paper towels, let them drain well.
Frozen broccoli in a pot with boiling salted water. After boiling, cook for a few minutes. Drain in a colander to drain the water.
