Ingredients for Satsivi
- Walnuts - 500 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Butter - 50 g
- Garlic - 3-5 tooth.

Step by step instruction of cooking Satsivi
Boil chicken, strain broth and cut the chicken. I still overcooked but not necessarily. Generally satsivi is cooked, the Turkey is so much tastier and sweeter, but it is so great that I decided to replace the chicken :). Grind nuts in a blender or grinder finely.
Add squeezed through press the garlic, saffron, cilantro, and utskho suneli (it is condiment, which I think sold almost everywhere) half a teaspoon (I put it on my eyes, so I say approximately)
