My favorite salad! I love it... mmmm..
Ingredients for Salad "Chelsea"
- Walnuts - 50-100 g
- Chicken egg - 5 PCs
- Pork chops - 200 g
- Chicken thigh - 3 PCs
- Cucumber - 4-5 PCs
- Prunes - 5 PCs
Step by step instruction of cooking Salad "Chelsea"
Boil the ham, and detachable from the bones.
Cut into slices and stacked on a dish + mayonnaise.
Pickled cucumber peel and RUB on a coarse grater. Well squeeze the excess water and put on the meat
on top of the mayonnaise.
Pork chops cut into strips and put on cucumbers + mayonnaise.
Eggs grate on a coarse grater.
On top sprinkle chopped roasted (optional) walnuts.
Prunes cut into pieces and spread with nuts.
Decorate with pineapple.
Eat on health!
