Creamy cocoa

I'm a little unusual making some hot cocoa. Milk foam on it is not appearing, because I cook on the water. And to achieve the rich creamy taste, I use the heavy cream!
Ingredients for Creamy cocoa
- Water - 125 ml
- Sugar - 1/2 tsp.
- Cocoa powder - 1 tsp.
- Cream - 50 ml

Cocoa powder mix with sugar (I put very little sugar, but can be more, if anyone likes).

Gradually in small portions add the boiled water, warm or very hot. But not cold and not boiling water. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
