Mushroom soup with meatballs

I wanted a soup with meatballs, and then came across dried chanterelles...
Ingredients for Mushroom soup with meatballs
- Mushrooms - 20 g
- Minced meat - 500 g
- Onion - 2 PCs
- Semolina - 1.5 tbsp
- Chicken egg - 2 PCs
- Potatoes - 3 PCs
- Carrots - 1 piece
Step by step instruction of cooking Mushroom soup with meatballs
Mushrooms soak in water (preferably overnight)
In minced meat add chopped onion (I was milled in a blender), eggs, salt, pepper, and semolina.
Put a pot of water on the fire. When the water boils, season with a little salt, put a whole onion and fill our meatballs - I made them big.
When our meat balls float, remove them to a plate and strain the broth.
In the broth, put the soaked mushrooms and cook for about 30 minutes.
Then pulling them out and fry in vegetable oil, then again into a saucepan.
In a pan saute the carrots and onion and add to our mushrooms.
Put the potatoes
When the potatoes will be almost ready, return meatballs in our soup...
Boil for another 5 minutes, add the greens and turn off heat.
The soup is ready.
