This is a cake based on the beloved cake of my mother "Broken glass", however, with my additions. Decided to experiment, not entirely successful, the initiative sometimes punishable: a) the content of the recipe I will write about my mistakes. But overall this is a very delicious cake. Unlike all the cake recipes "Broken glass", which are posted on the website, this includes not only jelly, but still tasty biscuits. And the name "Kaleidoscope" I gave, just decorated, it looks like a picture in a kaleidoscope.

First you need to make jelly. I took three bags of different colors.

In the original recipe for the jelly is done without fruit. I decided to experiment. That was my mistake. As it turned out, fruits in jelly solidifies very slowly. Pineapple jelly has not gained normal consistency, remained liquid water.

I have jelly left on dvoechku, so beautiful coloured cubes failed. Ideally, it looks beautiful.
