I guess you are not gonna believe this, but the cakes I did the first time. Pies, rolls, honey cakes of unleavened dough, and did, but the most simple pies, no. Ingredients for The pies with meat "Debut"
- Minced meat - 500 g
- Yeast - 2 pack.
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Sugar - 1 Cup.
- Butter - 200 g
- Milk - 0.5 l
- Chicken egg - 4 PCs
- Flour - 1.5 kg
- Onion - 1 piece
- Vegetable oil
Step by step instruction of cooking The pies with meat "Debut"
In the sifted flour (approximately 1 kg 200 g), add yeast.
Butter or margarine to melt, cool.
To the flour add salt.
Beat eggs with sugar.
... and milk.
This mass pour in the flour with the yeast.
Knead by hand for 5 minutes. The dough will stick to your hands.
Cover with a towel or cling film and leave in a warm place to approach. I came in 2.5 hours.
When you get up, flour your work surface.
Knead again the dough, adding a little flour.
While the dough came up, I made the filling.
In vegetable oil fry finely chopped onion.
Add the ground beef. Carefully smash it with a spatula, mix with onions and fry until cooked, salted and pepper to taste.
Now from the test removes a small piece.
Fingers on the table forming a flapjack thick (approximately 7 mm).
Put stuffing (a teaspoon with a slide).
Sculpt the cake.
Put patties on oiled baking sheet. Leave for 20 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 170 degrees.
Before planting pies in the oven, grease them with milk (with a brush).
Bake until ready. I have 40 minutes to make.
