corn flakes (optional)
gelatin - 20 g
water - 1 Cup
cognac, rum, liqueur - 1-2 tbsp (optional)

and also for the milk jelly:
milk - 2 tablespoons
sugar - 1 teaspoon

for red jelly:
syrup red (I had cranberry) - 1 teaspoon
water - 1 tablespoon

for chocolate jelly:
cocoa - 2 tablespoons
sugar - 2 tablespoons
milk - 1 Cup


Step 3

Briquettes of semi-finished jelly grind with tolkushkoy or otherwise.


Step 4

Mix the flour, baking powder, sugar, jelly.
Add the eggs, well grind.


Step 5

Pour the batter into a greased split mold, bake at 180*C for 15-20 minutes.
Readiness check with a wooden stick.


Step 6

Ready cake cool in the form, retrieve, and again to put in the same form.

Design:
Stir gelatin with cold water, let stand for 40-60 minutes. If the cake is for an adult audience, you can add a flavored alcohol (I did not): rum, cognac, liqueur.

Syrup of red color mixed with boiling water, add 1 tablespoon of the jelly mixture, stir well to dissolve gelatin.


Step 9

If You have the smallest mold-heart has a bottom, then immediately pour it into the jelly mixture and cool. I had to Tinker because they used the mold for the cookie without a bottom: pour a little jelly on the bottom of the dish, set the mold, cool it, and pour the remaining jelly mixture to the brim. Cool.

Milk (I used the solution from powdered milk) to boil with sugar, add 2 tablespoons solovykh gelatin solution, stir well until dissolved to jelly. Cooling to room temperature, carefully pour into the mold around the little ones heart. Cool in cool place until complete setting, after which opustil shape in boiling water for 1-2 seconds, remove the jelly heart.


Step 12

The remains of the jelly mass is mixed with cocoa, sugar and hot milk to dissolve gelatin.
