Ingredients for Solyanochka at home
- Chicken fillet - 300 g
- Sausage - 250 g
- Pork chops - 100 g
- Cucumber - 2 PCs
- Onion - 1 piece
- Tomato paste - 5 tbsp
- Potatoes - 3 PCs
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Green olives
- Vegetable oil
- Black pepper
- Allspice - Two
- Bay leaf - 2 PCs
Step by step instruction of cooking Solyanochka at home
Boil until cooked the Turkey, cool the meat and cut it into pieces.
To cook meat collection. Slice the sausage and carbonate cubes.
Cucumber, carrots and potatoes to grate on a coarse grater, finely chop the onion.
In vegetable oil fry the meat tax (sausage, Turkey and pork chops).
