So many things had been zagotovlen the cooks for Valentine's Day. Valentine!Not on purpose, but it so happened that I happened to cook this yummy just for a holiday. Ingredients for The salmon mousse
- Salmon - 300 g
- Cream - 500 ml
- Mayonnaise - 2 tsp.
- Butter - 2 tbsp
- Gelatin - 14 g
- Salt - 0.5 tsp.
- Dill
Step by step instruction of cooking The salmon mousse

First bred gelatin in water (70-80 ml).I diluted in a mineral without gas.Leave to swell and the time taken for our fish.

I have here half of the carcass.All here hands did not reach pickle.But still pickled.

In cream add mayonnaise,salt,oil.
Oil in a saucepan, heat to dissolve it completely.All mix thoroughly until a homogeneous mass,and a better beat with a mixer,mousse then it becomes airy.
