Ingredients for Vegetable stew with beef
- Beef - 300-400 g
- Potatoes - 4-5 PCs
- Pepper - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Carrots - 1-2 PCs
- Green peas
Step by step instruction of cooking Vegetable stew with beef
Meat cut into medium-sized, but not small pieces
Onions finely chop, carrots are slanting wedges
Meat fill with water, sprinkle with salt and leave to simmer medium heat until full of softness,
then add sunflower oil, onion and carrots. Fry until cooked carrots
Add the peas and Bulgarian. Continue to fry for a few minutes
Add the potato and the tomato, salt, pepper to taste.
Give everything a good mix so spices are distributed evenly :-)
Pour the water, quite a lot, but not so that closed all stew until ready.
