Ingredients for Chicken shashlik "Curly"
- Chicken breast - 1 kg
- Bacon - 300-400 g
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Soy sauce - 3 tbsp.
- Black pepper
- Pepper white
- Garlic - 3-5 tooth.
- Water - 0.5 stack.
- Vegetable oil
Step by step instruction of cooking Chicken shashlik "Curly"
Chicken fillet cut into two halves, each still in half lengthwise.
Each piece put in p/e package and carefully beat them with a hammer.
