Ingredients for Julien in a basket
- Chicken breast - 500 g
- Mushrooms - 300 g
- Mushrooms - 200 g
- Puff pastry - 400 g
- Cream - 200 ml
- Onion - 1 piece
- Butter - 1 tbsp
- Cheese - 100 g
Step by step instruction of cooking Julien in a basket
Defrost the puff pastry, and cut into suitable size pieces forms.
Roll out puff pastry, put it into molds, making the punctures with a fork.
Put in tins peas. This is the dough when baking was not raised=)Put in oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
Take out from the oven and remove the peas.
Chicken breast boil in salted water for 30 minutes. Drop into boiling water!
Boiled chicken breast cut into small.
Onions finely chop and fry in butter.
Add frozen mushrooms and fry for 5 minutes.
Add the mushrooms and fry for another 5 minutes.
Season with salt and spices.
Add the cream and stew for 5-7 minutes.
In the finished basket first layer, spread chicken fillet.
For chicken, spread the mushrooms and cream.
Sprinkle top with grated cheese. And put into the oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
