"Fillet of beef Breza". For those who love beef... I even if not very... but with pleasure)))SOCA wear!!!
Ingredients for Beef stew
- Beef - 1 kg
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Dry red wine - 0.5 stack.
- Vegetable oil - 4 tbsp
- Water - 1 Cup.
- Spices - to taste
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Tomato - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
Step by step instruction of cooking Beef stew
Meat piece... rinse... make cuts... and in one piece put in a container for marinating.. (I had three large pieces are pre-cut.. but it is better not to cut)
Squeeze the meat in the juice of one lemon.. the Bay leaf. cut onions... finely chop the greens (or put dry)Add the garlic... vegetable oil... salt.. pepper. add spices to taste and remove to a cool place to marinate for 3-4 hours... no less
Then.. put the meat in a stewing pot (I have the carcass in the roaster.. in the oven)cut into the meat, the carrots... add tomatoes... the wine.. the water. cover with a lid. Simmer it on a slow fire... or in the oven at a temperature of 220..1.5 -2 hours
Ready meat cut into plastic... pour the juice in which it was extinguished..
