Beet salad with marinated mushrooms and nuts

Salad for lent. I made vegetable mayonnaise, but if someone no mayonnaise in the post is unacceptable, it can be replaced with vegetable oil (olive oil or sunflower oil with smell). I tried the mayonnaise, and butter, and both to me were equally delicious.

- Beets - 2 PCs
- Mushrooms - 1 ban.
- Walnuts
- Greens - 1 Puig.
- Mayonnaise - 3 tbsp.
- Mustard - 1 tbsp
- Spices

Pre-boiled beets cut into not very small cubes.

Slice the mushrooms (drain them pre-fluid). I had medium-sized mushrooms, so I cut it into 4 pieces.

Salt, pepper - to taste. Mayonnaise, mustard. If You prefer butter, substitute mayonnaise for the butter, only it should take a little less.
