So I decided to participate in the contest "Fast from Moulinex". This dish I saw once long ago on TV. Prepared and realized that this dish will have a frequent visitor. I hope the delicate taste of vegetables in a crispy crust will impress you.
Ingredients for Tempura or vegetable tempura
- Flour - 1.5 stack.
- Water - 300 ml
- Vegetables
- Corn flour - 0,5 stack.
Step by step instruction of cooking Tempura or vegetable tempura

Clean and cut vegetables, lightly podsalvage

For batter take a VERY cold water (I added ice) and mix with flour. The colder the water, the crust will be crispy

You should get the dough a little thinner than for pancakes
