Ingredients for Zapekanka "On the island of Buyan"
- Mashed potatoes - 650 g
- Broccoli - 400 g
- Cauliflower - 400 g
- Carrots - 2 PCs
- Onion - 1 piece
- Garlic - 2 the tooth.
- Greens - 1 Puig.
- Mushrooms - 200 g
- Semi-finished products - 100 g
- Black pepper
- Soy sauce - 1-1,5 tbsp.
- Olive oil
Step by step instruction of cooking Zapekanka "On the island of Buyan"

and build from carrot-potato puree house:)..
all top should be pepper and salt, drizzle with soy sauce and butter
cook in a preheated 200C oven for 25-30 minutes

well in the context..the quality n Eocene..but one last piece, when I remembered that I forgot to take a picture in a cut..it turned out so juicy and tasty..what zapekanka just flew away and left only pleasant memories..feeling full and happy..life is beautiful..and we need to appreciate every moment ..every second..every moment...
