Step by step instruction of cooking Indian pellet "Bhaduri"

Mix the flour with sugar, soda and salt. Pour yogurt and knead the dough.

If the dough is too soft, add flour and if too thick, add more yogurt.

Moisten hands with oil and again thoroughly knead the dough.

Divide the dough into small pieces and roll into balls at 5-6cm in diameter.

Sprinkle the table with flour and roll out the balls into pellets by 15cm in diameter. If you have sesame seeds and/or kalindi (Nigella), then sprinkle over the scones and vytaute in the dough.

Dip the tortilla in the heated oil and fry for 1-2 minutes on each side. Ready-made cakes dry with tissue paper and serve.
