This salad is madly in love with for many years, my mother always did it a lot, because in our family he is always very well perceived. And in the fridge is stored for a long time. Ingredients for Vegetable salad in Korean
- Radish - 600 g
- Cabbage - 900 g
- Carrots - 400 g
- Garlic - 6 tooth.
- Salt - 2-3 tsp.
- Sugar - 1 tsp.
- Peppers red hot chilli - 0,5-1 tsp
- Vinegar - 3-4 tbsp
- Coriander - 1 tsp.
- Vegetable oil - 100 ml
Step by step instruction of cooking Vegetable salad in Korean

Cabbage cut into squares or triangles (as it will), but not to make it too small the pieces should be large.
Boil plenty of water, pour the cabbage for a few minutes, then drain in a colander. While the cabbage out unnecessary bitterness (if any), and rigid leaves become tender.
