Juicy, tender, spicy cake with a crispy rye bread. Who liked my pie with cheese, greens and bacon, I advise you to try this as an unusual pie. Time to cook takes a bit, and the result, I hope, will not leave indifferent.

- Tomato - 3 PCs
- Green onions - 1 Puig.
- Sweet pepper - 2 PCs
- Shrimp - 200 g
- Chicken egg - 4 PCs
- Sour cream - 150 g
- Dill - 1 tbsp
- Lemon juice - 1 tsp.
- Bread - 8 lost.
- Cheese - 4 tbsp
- Vegetable oil
- Black pepper
Step by step instruction of cooking Crispy tart with vegetables and shrimp
Wash and peel the vegetables.Cut tomatoes in cubes,sweet peppers strips.
Wash and dry shrimp.To heat the oil,fry it the prawns and remove.
Saute the vegetables in the fat from frying.
Beat the eggs with sour cream,salt and pepper.Mix in the chopped dill.Mix with the vegetables and shrimp.Season with salt,pepper and lemon juice.
Put 4-6 of crispbread in a baking dish,greased with vegetable oil.Easier,of course,if it is NOT round,because the round I had to break bread in the shape of a circle.
Cover the crackers with egg and vegetable mass.Crumble the remaining bread and sprinkle the dish.Sprinkle with cheese and bake for 20 min.
