Hello! Recently I wonder why I have never prepared duck Breasts, because they've got, and in abundance (of our economy). Before cooked the duck just the whole thing. And then it happened - the brother asked for soup, and the refrigerator is only a duck. Well, boil it whole in a saucepan of soup! Have a simple way out - brother soup from the wings, neck and backbone, and my husband and dinner for two - duck breast. True, our tastes are very much different, my husband is a caveman, and I'm more of the exotic. And it turned out two duck breast with two different sauces. Welcome!
