A delicious cake very simple to prepare. With a crispy crust.
Ingredients for Cupcake with cranberries and nuts
- Lemon peel - 1 piece
- Chicken egg - 1 piece
- Milk - 150 ml
- Leavening agent - 1 tsp.
- Sugar - 3/4 - 1 Cup.
- Flour - 1.75 stack.
- Butter - 125 g
- Cranberry - 0,5 stack.
- Walnuts - 0,5 stack.
- Cognac - 1 tbsp
Step by step instruction of cooking Cupcake with cranberries and nuts
The oil is room temperature then mix it with the flour, which added baking powder and a pinch of salt.
Add the finely grated zest - it turns out fat baby.
In a separate bowl beat the egg, add milk, whisk some more.
Whisking constantly, gradually pour the liquid mixture into the dry.
Pour the cognac, add walnuts and cranberries, stir.
Spread the batter in a greased form, sprinkle the top tablespoon of sugar.
Put in oven (180 deg.) about 1 hour (or more, I have 1 hour and 15 minutes turned).
Readiness check with a wooden toothpick.
