Ingredients for Buns cottage cheese
- Flour - 500 g
- Yeast - 1 package.
- Milk - 1/2 stack.
- Chicken egg - 2 PCs
- Butter - 100 g
- Sugar - 3/4 stack.
- Curd - 250 g
- Cognac - 2 tbsp
- Lemon peel
- Powdered sugar
Step by step instruction of cooking Buns cottage cheese
RUB the yeast with 1 teaspoon sugar, mix with warm milk and add, stirring, a little flour and let rise.
The fat and beat the eggs with sugar, mix with cottage cheese, add the rum, lemon zest, combine with yeast mixture. Knead the dough, put in warm place to rise.
Risen 2 times the dough is cut into loaves (my bread), then put them on a greased baking sheet for proofing.
After some time (30 minutes) to brush with milk or egg and bake in a hot oven for 25 -30 minutes (I do 20 minutes).
The finished rolls sprinkle with melted butter and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
