The dough for the bread machine. A very good yeast dough, based on Ira's (max's mom) cook. ru, only I adapted it a little under a bread machine (and therefore expose the recipe, suddenly someone come in handy ), turns 14 to 15 pies. And this dough can be kneaded by hand, with the same proportions.

- Cream - 200 g
- Chicken egg - 2 PCs
- Sugar - 2 tbsp
- Salt - 0.5 tsp.
- Yeast - 4 tsp.
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp
- Flour - 3 stack.
Step by step instruction of cooking Yeast dough for pies and cheesecakes
Lay all the ingredients in the bread machine (according to the instructions for your stove), choose the "dough" (I have 2 hours 20 minutes) and press start.
After a time take the dough, tear off a piece and sculpt cakes.
Put them on a greased baking sheet, cover with a towel and allow to stand for 15-20 minutes.
Then grease with egg and bake it in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
