- Chicken egg - 6 PCs
- Water - 6 PCs
- Vegetable oil - 3 PCs
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste

Wet hands to form balls the size of a walnut. Bring to boil a large pot with water, add salt. Gently put in water some matzo ball. After surfacing, cook for 2-3 minutes on low heat.

Ready some matzo ball remove with a slotted spoon from the water and put in a flat container.

Separately, boil chicken clear broth. Serve hot with broth 3-4 pieces per serving.
