Ingredients for Korean salad "Funcheza"
- Noodles - 0.5 kg
- Beef - 300 g

- Kohlrabi - 2 PCs
- Pepper - 1 piece
- Vegetable oil
- Black pepper
- Soy sauce
Step by step instruction of cooking Korean salad "Funcheza"
Noodles boil in salted water.
Drain, rinse, cool.
Carrots and kohlrabi to RUB on a grater for Korean carrot or cut into thin wedges.
Cut the meat into cubes.
Fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown.
Onions cut into half rings.
Peppers cut into wedges.
In hot oil fry the pepper. Who likes to go for the gusto, you can add hot Chile pepper.
Add to the pepper garlic.
Then add the kohlrabi and carrots and fry, add salt (a little). Fry no more than 5 minutes so that the vegetables have lost their taste.
Fried meat ready to combine with pasta.
The oil remaining after the meat, fry the onions until Golden brown.
