Well, I love all sorts of peresznye and cream soups. Here and experimenting. Offer You, very good option! Excellent soup turns out!!! The idea of the recipe from a magazine "Cooking workshop"
Ingredients for Soup-cream of corn
- Butter - 40 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Potatoes - 2 PCs
- Flour - 1 tbsp
- Milk - 900 ml
- Bay leaf - 1 piece
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Corn - 2 the ban.
- Cream - 2 tbsp
- Bacon - 2-3 lost.
Step by step instruction of cooking Soup-cream of corn

In a saucepan melt the butter, add the chopped onions and fry until soft. Add chopped potatoes and fry for another 2-3 minutes.
Add the flour and then gradually pour in the milk, stirring constantly.

Bring to a boil, add Bay leaf, salt and black pepper to taste.
Add 1 can of corn (drained), cover and cook for 15-20 minutes.

Discard the Bay leaf, the soup is a little cool and grind in a blender.

Return the soup to the pot, add another can of corn and warm up.

Bacon cut into small cubes and fry in dry pan until brown.

Pour our soup in plates, add cream (sour cream), sprinkle with bacon and parsley and serve immediately to the table!
