Crab sticks are not felt absolutely, i.e. there is no taste of the fish, the meatballs more like meat, but very juicy and soft. And garnish of spring salad! Come, I'll buy!!!

- Vegetable oil
- Curd - 3 tbsp.
- Garlic - 2 the tooth.
- Chicken egg - 2 PCs
- Cheese - 100-120 g
- Crab sticks - 200 g
- Flour - 1 tbsp

Crab sticks frozen in the freezer, and then grate on a fine grater.
Cheese to grate on a coarse grater.
Garlic skip through the press, to combine with fresh eggs, cheese and crab sticks.
Add to the resulting mass a little flour, 3 tbsp of cottage cheese with a large slide, fresh herbs (dill, parsley) - all thoroughly.
On a hot pan pour a little vegetable oil, to form a mass of crab meatballs and fry until Golden brown.
On the side I have a salad of radish, fresh cucumber and eggs.
