Ingredients for Meat "coat" with pineapple
- Onion - 1 piece
- Zucchini - 0,5 PCs
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Meat - 300 g
- Tomato - 2 PCs
- Black pepper
Step by step instruction of cooking Meat "coat" with pineapple
Meat to discourage, salt and pepper and lightly fry on both sides, reduce the heat.
The covered meat "COAT": 1 layer - carrots, cut into rounds
2nd layer - zucchini, cut into strips
3 layer - pineapple spread on top, salt, pepper
4th layer - onions, cut into rings
5 layer - mushrooms
A final layer of tomatoes cut into rings,
again sprinkle with salt-pepper and close the lid.
Simmer for 40 minutes on medium heat.
Ready = meat under a fur coat with the pineapple!
