Chicken rolls, of course, no surprise, but I decided to share my way of cooking.
Ingredients for Chicken rolls
- Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp
- Apple - 1 piece
- Onion - 3 PCs
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Walnuts - 50 g
- Prunes - 10-12 PCs
- Chicken egg - 2 PCs
- Cheese - 50-100 g
- The chicken legs - 3 PCs
- Vegetable oil
- Cream - 150 g
- Tomato paste - 2 tbsp
- Salt
- Black pepper
Step by step instruction of cooking Chicken rolls

The legs cut the bone, i.e. to remove the fillet and fight off the package.

Sear on all sides over medium heat until Golden brown.

Pour the mixture of cream and tomato paste. Add salt to taste, add your favorite seasonings and simmer on low heat for 10-15 minutes.
