Ingredients for Easter cake
- Milk - 0.5 l
- Chicken egg - 4 PCs
- Sugar - 1 Cup.
- Sunflower oil - 0,5 stack.
- Yeast - 1 tbsp
- Flour - 2 stack.
Step by step instruction of cooking Easter cake
Eggs mixed with sugar, beat until light foam.
In warm milk add yeast and stir thoroughly.
Then add in the milk, sunflower oil, a pinch of salt and vanilla.
To this mixture add the beaten eggs with sugar. Add as much flour that the dough is well samesies I'm doing by eye, approximately 2 cups.
Put the dough in a warm place to rise.
Divide the dough into parts and domesticity in special molds, bake for 40 minutes at 180*C.
When the cakes are cooled, decorate.
