After a successful experiment with mustard at home, I decided not to stop and try other options mustard at home. I present to You another option, I liked it even more than the previous one. - Powder mustard - 100 g
- Water - 150 ml
- Vinegar - 4 tbsp
- Powdered sugar - 2 tbsp
- Cinnamon - 1.5 tsp.
- Carnation - 1 tsp.
- Nutmeg - 0.5 tsp.
- Olive oil - 3 tbsp.
- Salt - 0,5-1 tsp
Step by step instruction of cooking Mustard spicy
Mustard powder sieve, pour boiling water (approximately 150 ml) to make a thick mass like dough.
Mustard "dough" flatten the top and pour boiling water on 2-3 cm
Infuse 20-24 hours
After insisting gently squeeze out the excess water, and mustard in the middle add salt, powdered sugar, cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg, vinegar and oil. Mix well.

The result was two jars of mustard (tins of ready-made mustard, one says 200g, 125g on the other) and another small jar, filled a third. A total of approximately 365г.
