Delicate fish in a crispy crust. Due to this, even breaded fish such as salmon, which is usually easy to dry it up, turns out juicy and just melts in your mouth!

Cleaned and slightly toasted walnuts grind (I did it in blender)

In a dish mix the mayonnaise, egg, add spices which you like (I add oregano and Basil, I think they are very well combined with the nuts) and whisk.

Cut the fish in pieces (I had a fillet of sea language, you can take any fish)
Salt fish, a little pepper and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Then dip the pieces into mayonnaise and egg mixture, then coat in the nuts, again in the mixture and coat in breadcrumbs (thanks nuts all remain on the fish)
