garlic finely chop and onion
fry in butter
add the flour and mix well
to remove the small grater, zest the lemon and squeeze the juice of two lemons
broth with chicken cooked until tender
in the boiling broth add the browned vegetables
add the zest
salt and pepper
reduce the heat and simmer for 20 minutes
then pour the soup in a tureen
and add the cream
as the soup cools, put it in the fridge
VERY TASTY!BON APPETIT!
This soup is tasty even when it's hot :)
