- Butter - 110 g
- Powdered sugar - 50 g
- Yolk egg - 1 piece
- Apple - 1 kg
- Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
- Sugar - 100 g
- Chicken egg - 3 PCs
- Cream - 100 g
- Lemon peel
Step by step instruction of cooking Alsatian Apple pie
To prepare shortbread dough and put 1 hour in the refrigerator.
Apples cut into 4 pieces, remove seeds. Quarter the apples to make an incision on the outer surface, but not cut completely. Drizzle with fresh lemon juice.
