I must confess that I to my shame have never in my life not baked biscuit - I somehow was afraid It was my first time. The cake turned out just great - soft and airy. When assembling the cake no impregnation is not required. So anyone have problems with biscuit or fear it, or if you just need a very good and proven recipe - welcome :) the Recipe Franziska

Ingredients for Cake that always turns out
- Butter - 300 g
- Sugar - 350 g
- Chicken egg - 6 PCs
- Flour - 300 g
- Starch - 100 g
- Leavening agent - 1 package.
- Milk - 100 ml
Step by step instruction of cooking Cake that always turns out
The butter, sugar and salt whisk until fluffy.
One drive egg, still whisking.
Mix flour with starch and baking powder and add alternately with milk to egg-butter mass.
Form to cover with paper and grease the bottom with oil.
Pour the batter and send in a preheated 180 degree oven for 25-30 minutes.
