Ingredients for Beef stew with mushrooms and nuts
- Pork - 500 g
- Shallots - 1-2 PCs
- Mushrooms - 50 g
- Green olives - 50 g
- Nuts - 20 g
- Bay leaf - 1-2 PCs
- Spices
- Khmeli-suneli
- Sugar - 0.5 tsp.
- Olive oil - 1-2 tbsp
- Tomato paste - 2 tbsp
- Dry red wine - 50 g
- Broth
Step by step instruction of cooking Beef stew with mushrooms and nuts

Cut the meat into pieces 3 to 4.

Mushrooms soak.

In the butter in a well heated pan fry the meat (salted and peppered), add chopped onions and stir-fry for about 5 mins, add tomato, stir.

Add the wine.

Add soaked mushrooms, sugar, Khmeli-suneli, Bay leaf, and some broth, that would almost cover the meat and simmer on low heat until the meat is tender.
