Ingredients for The pilaf in the pot
- Chicken fillet - 150 g
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Figure - 0.5 stack.
- Water - 1 Cup.
- Vegetable oil
Step by step instruction of cooking The pilaf in the pot
Wash the meat and cut into small pieces.
Fry until cooked in vegetable oil.
Onions chop and fry until Golden brown.
Add to the onions chopped carrots and fry a little.
On the bottom of the pot put the fried meat, meat roasted onions and carrots. Add dry rice, add boiling water and seasoning.
Put in preheated oven to 180 degrees for 1 hour-1 hour 15 minutes.
