In the magazine "All for a woman" saw the recipe for those wonderful little snails and, of course, could not bake them. Indifferent my snails have not left anybody. And if you sculpt them together with the kids, it will bring You even more enjoyable and fun.

Ingredients for Snails with poppy seeds
- Flour - 2 stack.
- Chicken egg - 3 PCs
- Butter - 120 g
- Sugar - 1 Cup.
- Mac - 1 Cup.
- Dark chocolate - 1 lomt.
Step by step instruction of cooking Snails with poppy seeds
The poppy seeds to soak for 40 minutes. Then drain the water.
Meanwhile, prepare the dough.
One egg boil hard boiled, grind and mix with two raw egg yolks.
Add sugar and beat 10 minutes (I have a good mixer, so I beat about 5 minutes).
To enter into the mixture half of the flour, oil, then remaining flour.
Knead the dough, roll it out into a long ribbon. Divided into two parts.
The first part cut into strips with a length of 7 cm.
Each segment is roll it out and put it on a Mac. Fold rolls.
This roll to attach to the cochlea.
Blind snails eyes, horns and mouth, so they were real :-)
Arrange the snails on a greased baking sheet and bake for about 15 minutes.
Ready snails to cool and tint them horns melted chocolate.
My snails somehow slightly melted in the oven and lay down to rest. But it was still tasty and interesting...
