Ingredients for Potato and carrot pizza

- Carrots - 2 PCs
- Leek - 100 g
- Chicken egg - 2 PCs
- Flour - 1 tbsp
- Sausage - 200 g
- Tomato - 3 PCs
- Suluguni cheese - 150 g
- Rosemary - 1 piece
- Marjoram - 0.5 tsp.
- Vegetable oil
Step by step instruction of cooking Potato and carrot pizza
Potatoes and carrots to RUB on a small grater. If there is a lot of liquid, unnecessary to drain. I did not have.
Add the leeks, cut into strips. Salt and pepper - to taste. Add marjoram.
Break the eggs, mix thoroughly.
Add the flour. Mix well.
Detachable baking form, greased with vegetable oil. Put a little (1/3) of sausage (I got the usual "Krakow". And you can substitute the sausage for bacon or smoked meat), cut into strips.
Potato and carrot mass, put on the sausage. Flatten. Put in a preheated 200 degree oven. Bake for 20 minutes.
While baked basis, prepare the rest of the products. Slice the sausage polyolefine, tomato rings, and cheese slices. After 20 minutes, put the first layer of sausage, then tomatoes (all in random order).
