Step by step instruction of cooking Cheese roll
Cheese (the cheap type Kostroma, or Poshekhonsk) cut into cubes finely
wrap in plastic wrap tightly, as in a bag,
drop it into boiling water and cook for 10 minutes.
Then put the cheese on the Board, remove foil and cover with another clean sheet film and roll out with a rolling pin.
On the unrolled cheese put the filling on top and turn the roulade.
Wrap in cling film and put in a refrigerator for 10 hours.
Then chop them.
