Ingredients for Cold soup of fresh vegetables
- Tomato - 350 g
- Cucumber - 1-2 PCs

- Leek - 1 piece
- Garlic - 2 the tooth.
- Greens - 1 Puig.
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Tomato paste - 1 tbsp
- Vinegar - 2 tbsp
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp
Step by step instruction of cooking Cold soup of fresh vegetables
Put in the tureen all the vegetables finely chopped, the garlic through the masher,
add the chopped greens,
add salt, vinegar, olive oil, Tabasco sauce, tomato paste, diluted with boiled water or cold broth (if the broth is salted, then salt is not added)
