- Millet - 1 piece
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece

- Vegetable oil
Step by step instruction of cooking Carrot-cheese plenniki
When I cook millet porridge, sometimes boiled millet remains, from which I make here, these fritters are plenniki. There is also a sweet option, but without pictures.
Carrot grate, onion cut into small cubes. In vegetable oil fry first the onion, add the carrots.
Stir and fry, add 1 tbsp of tomato ketchup, a bit of boiled water and to extinguish to softness of carrots with onion, stirring occasionally.
To cool to warm. Mixed with boiled millet. Season with salt to taste.
Add grated cheese (the more the better). Add lightly beaten egg, knead.
In hot oil put 1 tbsp millet mass and to fry from two parties.
Eat slightly chilled with tomato sauce.
