Simple and delicious cookies. Very small :-). "Silver Line to the delight of children".
Ingredients for Biscuits "Thumbelina" with lemon cream
- Yolk egg - 1 piece
- Lemon - 0,5 PCs
- Sour cream - 100 g
- Flour - 1 Cup.
- Butter - 100 g
- Starch - 1 tsp.
- Sugar - 3 tbsp.
Step by step instruction of cooking Biscuits "Thumbelina" with lemon cream
Oil to knead in the bowl, add sour cream and flour, knead the plastic dough.
Leave the dough for 15-20 minutes in a cool place.
Roll the dough very thin, often the pin.
Cut the cookie molds in the shape of a flower with a diameter of about 3 cm.
Bake at 180-200*C until Golden brown.
