Ingredients for Shortbread cookies with walnut-raisin stuffing
- Butter - 250 g
- Chicken egg - 4 PCs
- Cream - 2-3 tbsp
- Flour - 1,5-2 stack.
- Soda - 0.5 tsp.
Step by step instruction of cooking Shortbread cookies with walnut-raisin stuffing
soak raisins in water for 2 hours.
For this test you need only the yolks.So: separate the Yolks from the whites, add the softened butter,cream, soda(to extinguish lemon juice),Gradually adding the flour make a dough.Prepare the dough WITHOUT sugar.Put into the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.
Nuts to break or cut into not very small - approximately into quarters.With raisins to drain the water.
